HKD500 fee is to used as a deposited to reserve the creation of the dental model, It will be deducted from the total amount.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Method Customers can make bookings through the website, by instagram, or via email. 2. Booking Confirmation All bookings will be confirmed via email or SMS after processing. 3. Cancellation Policy Customers can cancel their bookings for free up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost. 4. Rescheduling Customers wishing to change their bookings must contact us at least 24 hours in advance. 5. Payment Policy All bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival, with payment accepted by credit card or cash. 6.Liability Disclaimer We are not liable for any changes or cancellations resulting from force majeure events.
